Easy Return & Refund Policy at Gynoveda Clinic

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a clear and fair refund process. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Only sealed and unopened bottles of medicines are eligible for a refund.
2. Medicines must be returned within 15 days from the start date of your fertility treatment.

1. In the event of conception, sealed and unopened bottles of medicines can be returned to the clinic.
2. A refund can be claimed upon confirmation of pregnancy through a Beta HCG report.

1. A refund of 80% of the amount spent on the returned medicines will be issued in both the above cases.
2. For Example, If You have paid ₹ 30K for 6 months of medicines (excluding consultation) and now you have conceived in 3 months and  you want to return the remaining 3 months of medicines. Your refund amount will be = (30,000/6 months) X 3 months X 80% = ₹ 12,000/-

1. All returned medicines undergo an internal refurbishment and quality inspection process.
2. Refunds will be issued through digital mode via a direct transfer link sent to the registered mobile number after submission of medicines at the clinic.
3. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and received.

1. Reverse Pickup charges to be recovered @ ₹250/- per order from the Customers.
